Dr. Deshpande has authored or co-authored numerous original articles and abstracts, including presentations at annual scientific sessions of the American College of Cardiology, the American Heart Association, and the North American Society of Pacing and Electrophysiology (NASPE).  He has been a member of NASPE since 1997.  Dr. Deshpande has also contributed to many reviews and book chapters and has been principal investigator for several research studies.
