From the East:

Follow I-94 West toward Madison. Exit onto Hwy 45 North toward Fond du Lac. Exit immediately onto Blue Mound Road. Head west on Blue Mound Road 0.1 mi. The Wisconsin Heart Hospital will be on the North side of the street.

From the South:

Merge onto US-41/I-94. Take the I-43 South/I-894 exit number 316 (left side) toward Madison/Fond du Lac. Merge onto I-894 West. Stay straight to go onto US-45 North. Take exit number 39 Blue Mound Road. Turn right onto Blue Mound Road. Go 0.3 mi. The Wisconsin Heart Hospital will be on the North side of the road.
