Measuring our success

The Wisconsin Heart Hospital utilizes Professional Research Consultants, Inc. (PRC) as its vendor for the collection and analysis of patients satisfaction data.  PRC survey methodology involves random sampling of discharged patients assessed via the hospital registration system from the following areas of the hospital:

• Inpatient Department
• Day Patient Department
• Emergency Department
• Imaging Department

For the calendar year 2004, The Wisconsin Heart Hospital ranked in the top 2 percent of hospitals in the country.
